Japandi stoneware for calm tables
Danmero started with a simple idea borrowed from two design traditions: the Japanese respect for imperfect, natural materials, and the Scandinavian love of quiet, functional form. Put together — japandi — it describes exactly what we sell: matte and satin stoneware plates in soft, mineral neutrals that make an everyday table feel calm and considered.
No loud patterns, no glossy branding on the rim. Just dense, high-fired stoneware, organic edges, and colors that were named after the materials they resemble — magnolia, linen, birch, eggshell, bone.
What we sell
Our collection is a curated range of japandi stoneware plates across five everyday formats: dinner plates, salad plates, dessert plates, pasta plates and serving plates — in matte and satin finishes and muted, warm neutrals that mix freely with each other.
Every product page states the exact dimensions, weight, color and finish, so you know precisely what arrives at your door. What you see is what we sell — no more, no less.

Care that keeps stoneware beautiful
Our stoneware is made for daily use. We recommend hand washing in warm soapy water; avoid sudden temperature shocks (like moving a plate straight from freezer to hot oven), and the glaze will keep its soft, even character for years. Each product page lists the care instructions.
